Our instructors usually ask if there is anyone among the participants who is taking part in the course for the first time. Please do not be afraid to contact the trainer and, if necessary, inform him of any physical complaints so that he can provide you with specific assistance.
Thanks to the wide range of courses on offer, it is not necessary to register in advance in most clubs. For more information about the course schedule, please contact reception.
We strive to make the course schedule as pleasant as possible for every member and therefore avoid changes that are too frequent. Changes are usually changed at the request of a large number of participants, or during the summer months, but not more than once a quarter.
