March 8 is International Women's Day. Take part in our self-defense course and donate to “The Lotus Flower”, a partner organization of medica mondiale. It offers boxing and self-defense courses for girls and women affected by violence in refugee camps in northern Iraq. The course is held in English and French and is free of charge for members and non-members.
