Join us for a fun and energising Summer Sports Day featuring four dynamic classes – from Pilates and high-energy Fitdance to Body Shape and a relaxing yoga session to round off the day.
After the classes, join us for an inspiring talk with nutritionist Joni E. Royston. Please note that registration for the talk is separate.
The program:
• 1:30 PM–2:30 PM Pilates – with Petra
• 2:40 PM–3:40 PM Fitdance – with Kristina
• 4:00 PM–5:00 PM Body Shape – with Olivia
• 5:15 PM–6:15 PM Basic Fundamental Yoga – with Michelle
